We offer both standard and express shipping using Australia Post, with international shipping available to most countries. Shipping times vary depending on your specific location, but the normal delivery times for standard is 3-5 business days, and 1-3 business days for express. For USA and international orders this can usually take around 2-3 weeks.

Yes we do! We have a little section up the front of our warehouse where you can come in, smell, try and purchase any of our products. Our shop address is 1D 610 Pine Ridge Rd, Coombabah QLD 4216.

Our refund and returns policy covers a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item should remain unused and in its original packaging. Please note that certain products, once opened and used, cannot be returned and any items marked as “sale” are not eligible for refunds.

Yes — our products are made with 100% natural and certified organic ingredients, making them gentle and safe for kids to use. We don’t use any harsh chemicals, synthetic fillers, or irritants, so they’re perfect for little hands (and adults too!). As always, we recommend patch testing first if your child has sensitive skin, or opting for our fragrance-free options.

For weak and peeling nails, we recommend our Nail Serum Pens as these are designed to nourish and strengthen your nails naturally. Using 3-4 pens allows the natural nail to grow through fully while the healthier nail develops. We recommend applying your Nail Serum 2-3 times per day, or directly after your hands are wet.

Our Nail Serums are designed to strengthen and nourish your nails (both natural & enhanced), encourage natural growth, and help to stop biting, cuticle damage, and repair skin. Results will vary for each individual, but most customers are starting to see results within the first 1-2 weeks 😊

Yes, you can apply the serum to your entire nail, but focusing on the cuticles and the nail bed can be particularly beneficial. This helps to nourish the nail from the base, promoting healthier growth. If your nails are very soft, you might want to start with just the cuticles 😊

Our Organic Nail Serum is perfect for strengthening and growing your natural nails, as well as helping nail enhancements last 1-2 weeks longer. You can most definitely use your Nail Serum on top of your nail polish as it will still benefit your natural nail underneath.
