What will the cost of shipping be?
We offer standard Australia-wide shipping for just $4.95 (est 2-5 business days). All orders over $50 receive complimentary standard shipping (free).

Need your order faster (est 1-3 days)? We have express shipping options available for you for a small fee. Your order will be sent using Australia Post and can be tracked.


When will my order be sent?
All orders are sent within 24 hours, most same day if ordered before 2:00pm! Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders. Please also consider public holidays when selecting your shipping at checkout. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please don't hesitate to contact us.


Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your products. However, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange.

    FABULOUS

    I've had weak, splitting, bendy aaaawful nails for as long as I remember - at least 45 years...nothing else I've bothered to do has had any effect. Until the fates intervened and showed me the way to Body Collective Serums. Where were you all these years, Fate? it's only been about 6 weeks so I'm not expecting a miracle overnight - but slowly, very gradually I would have to say that my fingernails are indeed getting stronger. They don't catch on everything and rip off like tissue paper. The ridges are still there but I guess I should probably use the serum more frequently. Time will tell because this time I will not give up! I want pretty nails and I feel like I've found the path to glory! I bought quite a few products - so I can have them in my bag to use at lunch or wandering around shops or waiting in a queue, on the coffee table when I'm watching TV, on the kitchen bench with the pens, in the bathroom for just before brushing my teeth, in the car to use before I head into work, under the monitor on my desk at home - everywhere. Did I mention the fragrance is divine - Caramel Vanilla for starters....ohhhh myyyy goodnesssss. Basically - don't muck around - get some. Thank me later. And THANK YOU to Body Collective - outstanding correspondence through the whole purchase. Exceptional packaging (hello mini Crunchie bars) and overall - fabulous. Fabulous!
